7、 The butterfly valve in the process of transportation, storage to ensure that the butterfly valve to avoid impact, otherwise it will lead to the decline of butterfly valve sealing performance, butterfly plate should not bump against hard objects, and should be opened at 4° -5 ° opening position, in order to keep the sealing surface during this period not damaged.

8、 Make sure the flange is welded correctly. After the butterfly valve is installed, it is not allowed to weld the flange again to avoid damaging the rubber parts and anti-corrosion coating.

9、 In the process of use, the air source should be kept dry and clean, so as to avoid foreign matter entering the cylinder and affecting normal work.

10、If there is no special description in the order contract, only vertical butterfly valves can be installed indoors.

11、In case of abnormal opening and closing of butterfly valve, the cause should be found out and the fault removed. It is not allowed to open and close the valve by means of knocking, smashing, prying and extending the lever arm.

12、Butterfly valve in storage period is not used during the period, should be kept dry, not open storage, not allowed around the erosion of harmful substances.
